As thousands of expats embark on journeys behind to Britain and within a U.S. for Christmas, we teamed adult with BBC Travel and a horde of other associating jet-setters for a #MindTheChat on Twitter final Wednesday (November 20) to plead holiday tips. Here are a few of a useful gems that emerged from that conversation:

Includes keep adjusting your sitting position, take a wander around a cabin when possible, and wear lax wise clothing.

Includes scanning all your critical papers and emailing them to yourself, carrying block converters, and carrying some tough currency.
